Say goodbye flab, hello fabulous!!!





WITH the Holiday Season almost here, the temptation to go on a crash diet is very high however there is plenty of time to lose those extra pound and I'm Challenging you to healthily lose some weight before Christmass. This challenge is not about taunting you about your weight but to encourage you to lose weight; improve your diet and lifestyle choices. So if you are looking for a quick fix, pill or miracle potion, sorry to disappoint you; you won't find it here because they don't work trust me I have tried most of them and won't advocate it.  From my experience dieting that is more a dead sentence than delightful is very difficult to sustain and in the long run, you will add more weight than when you started out. so, think of this challenge as healthy eating instead of a diet because the proper way to lose weight is by a gradual and consistent change in both your diet and life style and  in no time you will be on your way to a more fabulous you and healthier you. This healthy eating is the traffic light eating it is not new it just breaks things down into manageable stages.
