Minimum wage: We’ll parley with NLC to avert strike — Jonathan
President Goodluck Jonathan
President Goodluck Jonathan on Saturday said the Federal Government was ready to discuss with labour unions to avert national strike billed to commence on Wednesday.
The Trade Union Congress and the Nigerian Labour Congress had on Friday vowed to commence a three-day warning strike on Wednesday if the Federal Government failed to implement the N18,000 minimum wage.
