Group accuses Nwodo of secret endorsement of aspirants

ABAKALIKI—Peoples Democratic Party, PDP,  faction in Ebonyi State has accused the National Chairman of the party, Dr. Okwesilieze Nwodo, of allegedly opting to play politics of secret endorsement of aspirants, instead of insisting on creating equal playing ground for all contesting in 2011 general election.

Consequently, the fold of Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, has started widening its base in Ebonyi State as members of the Adol-Awam faction of PDP finally decided to move into the party promising to produce the governor of the state come 2011.
Speaking to newsmen yesterday on the decision of his faction to move en masse into Action Congress of Nigeria, leader of the group, Dr. Sunday Adol-Awam, explained that part of the reason that informed the choice of ACN was its ideological bent and determination to offer Nigerians good governance through responsible leadership and provision of social amenities.
