Samuel Ogundare
Mr. Samuel Ogundare is the Chairman, Bel Papyrus limited and Bel Impex Limited, members of Boulous Group of Companies. However, before going into the private sector, he spent 37 years in the civil service, holding different positions in various offices and retiring as a permanent secretary in 1982. Ogundare, who was the pioneer executive secretary of the Price Control Board of Nigeria between March 1976 and March 1979, shares his experiences in this interview with CHINYERE FRED-ADEGBULUGBE
