As part of strategies to expand market share and reach out to more customers, companies under the Dangote Group have concluded arrangements to announce heavy presence at the two international trade fairs starting this weekend in Lagos and Kano.
Specifically, the Kano International Trade Fair began on Thursday, November 4, at the International Trade fair Complex, Zoo Road, Kano, while the Lagos International Trade Fair begins on Friday (today) in Lagos at the Lagos International Trade Fair Complex, Lagos-Badagry Expressway Lagos.
According to a statement by the company on Thursday, companies from the group that are to exhibit at the fairs include Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc, Dangote Flour Mill Plc Dangote Agrosacks Limited, National Salt Company of Nigeria Plc, Dangote Cement Plc and Dansa Foods Limited.
Some of the products to be displayed at the fair, accrding to the statement, include Danvita, Alkama (wheat meal), confectionary flour, noodles, sugar, salt, tomato paste, various ranges of fruit juice products and bottled water.
The statement added that visitors to the group pavilion at both fairs would have the opportunity of buying products of these companies at reduced prices.
”There will also be free samples of the products for the visitors. Dansa Foods is offering a promotional sale of 11 cartons of fruit juice for the price of 10. It is a good offer for dealers who want to stock their shops for the fast approaching Christmas season while end consumers can also buy and stock for the season.”
“Dangote Flour Mills is offering discount products at discounted prices, while visitors to the stand will taste free samples of cooked noodles and macaroni,” the statement added.
