Alhaji Ikra Bilbis
Peoples Democratic Party in Tsafe Local Government of Zamfara State has denied knowledge of the decision of a former minister of state for Information and Communications, Alhaji Ikra Bilbis, to contest the 2011 governorship election in the state.
Alhaji Muktar Mande, ex-officio member, representing the local government at the state level, told newsmen on Sunday in Gusau that “PDP is not aware of the aspiration of the former minister.”
